UPDATE: 2-HOUR DELAY - 4/4/2025 

 

Dear PVCS Families,

 

Due to considerable snowfall in the north end of Prescott Valley and Prescott this afternoon, forecasted snow for the next few hours for downtown Prescott and Prescott Valley, and freezing morning temps predicted until after 8am tomorrow, PVCS will be on a two-hour delay tomorrow Friday, April 4.

 

All schedules will run exactly 2 hours later. A 6:30 AM bus pick up time becomes an 8:30 AM bus pick up. There will be no breakfast service and drop off will begin at 10 AM at both campuses. School will start at 10:20 at Florentine and 10:30 at Lorna. School will dismiss at the regular time (2:35 Florentine/2:45 Lorna) and aftercare will be open until 5:30. 

 

We do not anticipate this will need to be upgraded to a snow day, but if anything changes, updates will be posted before 8 AM.
